Fees

There is an initial registration fee of £495, refundable upon completion of purchase. This is payable in advance and covers the first four months of our search. Should the search take longer than this we may require an additional registration fee which will be agreed with you prior to charging.

A final fee of 1.25% of the total purchase price, with a minimum fee of £3000, is payable immediately upon exchange of contract.

No V.A.T is currently due on these fees.
