Negotiation and Purchasing

When a property has been found that meets with your requirements we can, if required, deal with the negotiation of price with the vendor or their agents to secure the property to your satisfaction.

If we act on your behalf during negotiations we feel that we can save you money and our aim is to make our charges to you 'self funding'.

We know our market and the current conditions that apply locally and we will be able to advise a fair price for the property. We look to be available to you at all times and to provide our professional advice relating to all matters. We are acting on your behalf with the vendor or their agents and we are looking to complete your transaction at the right price.

Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge our clients a percentage of any savings made on the sellers asking price, we believe that once you have committed your business to us, it is our responsibility to negotiate the best possible price and pass on any savings to you. The only payment you make to us will be as quoted on our fees page.

Once the vendor has accepted an offer we will be available up until the final completion to ensure everything is running smoothly. We will keep in regular contact with agents, solicitors and surveyors to ensure that everyone is working to a suitable completion time.
