We work with private home buyers, commercial or investment buyers, companies and businesses wishing to attain property assets or relocating staff within the Devon area. In all cases we work for and are paid for by the buyer and in doing so, are totally committed to them, no commissions are paid to us by third parties.

As a company we limit the number of clients we work for, therefore we can provide a high individual and personal service at all times. We have references available from previous satisfied clients and these can be provided on request.

It is usual upon instruction for us to ask you to confirm that you are in a financial position to be able to purchase a property within the price range that you are looking, help can be provided to ascertain your maximum purchase capacity if required.

Once you have decided to instruct Devon Property Finders Limited we will provide you with our brochure which contains our property search detail form for your completion. On this document we will ask questions to confirm the particular property type, location, maximum price and any special requirements. Once these forms have been completed they should be returned with your registration cheque.

We can, if preferred, arrange to meet up with you for face to face discussion.
