The sources we use include our large database, local estate agents, property developers, private sellers, auction houses, property press and trade publications. We have long established business relationships with many of the above as we have a reputation for only dealing with committed buyers.

We often get information regarding properties before they are placed on the open market. Owners and developers contact us regularly to see if their properties would be of an interest to our clients.

We use all our resources to focus on the area in which you are looking and we will continue this work until we find the right property that suits your requirements.

We will pre-view any suitable properties and only if we think they might be of interest to you; ask you to view them. We will be in regular contact to up-date you and in some cases MPEG or DVD video can be provided to illustrate our findings.

Once we have found a property that maybe of interest to you, we will arrange at your convenience a viewing of the property. If you wish we can be available to view the properties with you and be on hand to give you our unbiased advice on all relevant matters.

If required we contact the local council regarding possible planning applications, obtain quotes for improvements or for major structural renovations to the property. If you are an investment buyer we can provide you with all the financial projections required relating to rental income, management fees and running costs.
